« Great location walking distance to the bridge and activities for the whole family. Great Thai restaurant nearby. The place was very clean and cozy decorated. We were with 6 people including two kids and there was a queen air mattress we put in the living room. »

« The location and neighborhood are old and the area isn’t attractive, but it’s probably the safest in downtown due to its proximity to the large count justice complex across the street. The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). The outside needs a facelift & the parking lot needs tidying, but I have no doubt this will all be done by next year when we come to the CWS next year. »

« The photos accurately reflected exactly what we found inside this simply appointed rental. What we didn’t expect was the sort of vibe or energy we felt from the moment we parked. We found ourselves describing it as ‘romantic.’ The building’s freshly painted exterior is pleasing and it’s easy to see the potential as we walked through the currently being updated/remodeled hall up to the well marked front door. « The interior of this unit was clean and updated, but we couldnt get the TV to work all weekend and the exterior of the building and parking lots were run down and not taken care of. Im still not sure that we parked in the right location. The surrounding neigborhood was run down as well. Each morning, I was keeping my fingers crossed that our car would still be there when we walked out of the building. I guess for the price point, it was okay, but definitely not great »
