„All in all not the best stay we had. The first night was terrible because people ran and screamed through the floors outside our room. It was not the best decision to put a family with two young kids opposite the elevator and the high frequented ice machine. Calling the desk was not possible because the phone was dead. Room cleaning did not happen at all. Only the trash was emptied “

I found this place that was listed at $321 without any pictures but we have stayed at a Puenta Vista property for 2 nights before in March for $381 and that place was great with a washer and dryer too.. „We loved the place, it was clean and organized, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable, beautiful view. Easy access to the swimming pool. Just one thing I recommend, at least for our type of family or more than two adults with kids, to place TVs in the rooms, we only had one TV in the living room.“

„Overall the property was good and conveniently located to the beach. I must have missed where they said that the pool area would be closed for maintenance, so this was a disappointment for our 3 year old granddaughter. One of the reasons that made for our decision to stay at this location. Also the sharp knives are totally blunt, can't cut anything with them-meat, tomatoes. Lots of plates so thank you for that.
