„The fat sheep farm is such a a cute cozy place. We partook in morning chores with Jay, she is absolutely amazing. She made everyone feel at home with interacting with the sheep. She was very knowledge and you can tell she genuinely loves the animals. Todd and Suzy are amazing as well. We breifly met Todd upon arrival, he brought us fresh eggs and scones, both were so yummy. „The staff was absolutely lovely. The Inn has a complimentary wine and cheese spread from 1730-1830. The hotel staff is on hand and its a great way to get to know fellow travelers and the staff themselves. My friend and I went both nights we were there and talked with Dave, one of the owners and the second night we spoke with Shawn (spelling?) We talked of books and going to Connecticut, to Yale and Mystic for Pizza. “

„The Inn is situated near the top of a mountain and surrounded by other hilltops. There are trails that help you to reconnect with nature. Our room was lovely and comfortable. There is a attention to detail in the decor of this establishment which is both delightful and humorous.“

We really appreciated the hot tub at the end of a day after a long hike. Great location on the ski hill. „This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable.
