Wonderful location & unit. We would love to stay here again. A couple of things to note the bay front bedroom and the "loft" area, which is a hallway, have no dressers, luggage racks, or anywhere to unpack clothing besides the closet. White bath towels are left hotel style on the beds. There are no additional bath towels. There were a few beach towels but we were glad we also brought our own. If you stay with young children and need extra towels there is no linen closet which I found surprising. There were 3 good beach chairs. We were glad we brought a couple of our own as there were four of us. If you'd like to sleep in a little I'd recommend a sleep mask. These are not negatives just things I'd like to know ahead of time. Book the stay!

When I opened the front door, my breath was taken away by the beautiful views! Everything about the house and our stay was wonderful! The house sits right on the best beach in town, the water was clear and calm perfect for an early morning swim. The house was very comfortable, and well stocked for my family (three generations 5-72!) where we cooked every day. The beach toys and beach gear were appreciated as well so I didn't have to pack quite so much. I have stayed in many rentals over the years, and this one is by far my favorite!

Our Week in North Truro

We loved everything about our stay at this condo in North Truro. The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels. The beach was our backyard and we spent many of our days relaxing and reading while listening to the ocean sounds. We lucked out and had fabulous weather.We plan to return next year. For us, it was a perfect vacation.

What a perfect location! Away from the hustle of Commercial St but so conveniently close to get there. It was lovely to be right on the beach. The condo is well appropriated and clean. Ample space and parking. The owners were highly responsive in answering questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Perfect Location

Shixin was a truly wonderful host, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The home was lovely — clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for a relaxing Cape Cod Girls’ Trip.The quiet beach just steps away was a highlight. With the soothing sound of waves and the slider doors open, it made for a blissful escape. There were plenty of chairs on the deck and sand area — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or reading a book.The drive into Provincetown was easy, and we spent a full day exploring local shops and restaurants. We also visited several stunning nearby beaches — Herring Cove, Race Point, and Coast Guard Beach — all nearly empty in May. Don’t miss Truro Vineyards just down Shore Road!The house felt completely private, never like a shared space, and the layout was ideal for our group of five. We can’t wait to come back!

We were the only guests at the time so not sure how the noise would be during peak season. Our end unit was lovey and spotlessly clean. .7 miles into PT. The sliding glass doors downstairs need work as they were almost impossible for us to open. Mini Splits were confusing to operate. The upstairs deck was an amazing place to sit and enjoy the expansive sea or watch the sunset.

Great location

This condo had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of parking. 3 separate sleeping areas. Beautiful views of the sunsets. Any kitchen accessory and appliance you need. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Lovely place and lovely beach!

We had a great time! Condo nicely decorated and supplied with all necessary items for cooking. The beach was fantastic. The six of us enjoyed our stay very much. There was one situation not related to the condo but for wheel-chair people. For access to the beach, it is easier to cross the small portion of sand in back location. But access was cut off. Can a new rule be applied for wheelchairs having access using the back location?

Wonderful experience

Shixin was a wonderful host! She was a great communicator and gave us fabulous info about the area. Her restaurant recommendations were delicious and much appreciated. The house is lovely and the beach is quiet and delightful. The water was much warmer than the Atlantic side of course, and my kids enjoyed swimming (and they are used to warmer southern beaches!). It was a perfect location for our family of four to spend our first, but certainly not our last visit on Cape Cod. Also one of the best equipped rental kitchens we have ever stayed in, I love to cook and I could have easily cooked much more than I did comfortably.

PERFECT VACATION SPOT

My family stayed at The Sandytoes condo during the week of July 4th and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were very friendly, thorough, and communicative. The check-in process was simple and the condo was lovely, decorated with a perfect beach theme. Upon arrival, we found it to be clean, with well-stocked kitchen cabinets, plenty of towels, laundry detergent, and dishwashing soap. There was also a lot of closet and dresser space. We couldn't think of anything that was missing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Blissful!!!

The amazing communication, location, cleanliness, beautiful and well thought out decor throughout the whole house, the layout of the house, and the sound of the waves outside your door all combined into a blissful escape for the four nights we were there. The sounds of the waves and the ocean breeze with the slider doors open both upstairs and down was so soothing. In mid June and with a full moon we had very different oceans each day, making it fun to explore over and over again. One day we even had a seal visiting. It is an easy scenic drive to Provincetown and between Stop and Shop in Ptown and Days market just down the road, we had all we needed for groceries. We spent hours shopping and eating in Provincetown, hit many of the outer beaches (which in June are almost empty) and nothing we did was more than a 30 min drive. The unit has two parking spots that are double long so you can park 4 cars. The washer and dryer were great. Water pressure in all the bathrooms and showers was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and new appliances. The decor was so inviting. The whole place is just so inviting. There is a kayak and life jacket which was a lot of fun. A short walk North up the beach at low tide has tide pools and soft sandy shores for beach treasure hunting. It never once felt like we were in a condo with shared spaces with others.We never noticed the neighbors. Shixin was so helpful, above and beyond several times over! We can't wait to return

Great Cape Cod Stay!

The condo is as pictured and is right on the beach. The host responded immediately to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo very comfortable. We spent most late afternoons sitting on the outdoor deck or upstairs balcony overlooking the water - a perfect and relaxing way to end the day. The condo is convenient to lots of sights and activities as well as restaurants and groceries. Would definitely stay again.

A Wonderful Place to Call Home for a Cape Cod Family Vacation

The condo was wonderfully located, near Provincetown but not in the middle of everything. And right on the Ocean! Plenty of space, clean and up to date!!
