„Our room was not the cleanest as there was hair in our washroom that was not ours and what looked to be a decent sized hole started in the ceiling of the bathroom. The pool area had lots hair and debris on the floor that could easily be picked up by staff and I don’t think the bottom of the pool has been cleaned in months as there was a lot of dirt and even a bandaid in the pool. We were definitely disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area. We had called to upgrade both rooms but only ...
