« Owner was good and response quick. House was clean. We rented this town house for 7 peoples. But he provided 3 beds for 5 peoples. So 2 proples slept on sofa and floor. As requested he provided an air mattress next night. The floor area outside exit door is unprotected and need a parapet wall. Otherwise everything good. »

The advertised coffee maker was missing (not shown in listing photos) and the container labeled "coffee" had a half-eaten bun in it — thankfully we'd brought our own pour-over. The main cutlery drawer had only one knife; extra "guest" curlery was hidden in a separate cupboard and was sticky. Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and there was no detergent. « Compared to nearby high rise apartments/condos, staying in a real neighborhood in an updated duplex was a treat. The furnishings were tasteful and practical. Even without A/C we managed by opening screened windows and running a large pedestal oscillating fan. Bus #90 stop was literally one block away. The Light Rail transit at Bridgeland Memorial was a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. »
