« The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with. »

« Very pleased with our rental experience on this property. Communication prior to stay, during the stay, and at departure was flawless. « This house was great! Every room of the house was very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great addition! The hot tub for the cool mornings and nights and the pool during the day. Its location was nice! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. But still close enough to venture out. We enjoyed staying at this property. « From booking to check out, the owner and house did not disappoint. The house is pure perfection and fit our cheer team amazingly. The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! Close to stores when you happen to need something. »

« The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10! »

« This location was perfect for a short drive to Disney. We found it much easier than staying in the park. The communication with the rental person was extremely rapid and helpful. Kids loved the game room and it was clean-especially the bathrooms! We had a great vacation! »
