« This beautiful home has all the charm of an old house but with updated and convenient features. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a spacious dining room and two sitting/living room areas. The laundry chute was fun and convenient to get the dirty laundry out of sight. The location was perfect for us and convenient to everything Appleton has to offer. « This is an outstanding rental in a very petty area. It’s located very close to an awesome supper club (Maiden Lake) in addition to a grocery store, etc. You can walk from the cottage to an estuary where there is great birding —tons of Warblers, Waxwings, Kingbirds etc. The property is extremely clean and has upscale offerings.
