« So it would have been easilllyyyyy 5 stars but we almost didnt even stay. So we had a booking and decided we would turn up for lunch around 1. We knew we couldnt check in until 3ish ( not a problem ) So we asked the reception we were early and would like some food. She was so rude and unoccomadating to us I said I would go elsewhere as did not feel welcomed at all. Yes it was a bit busy but it wasnt packed. And they should be able to accomadate all guests. Anyway glad we stayed as everyone else...
