« We usually love Home2Suites and seek them out when we travel. This time it was not a pleasant experience. We stayed Sun to Mon this Memorial Day weekend. We were told at check in AND the sign in the lobby stated breakfast went until 10am on weekends and holidays. This morning was Memorial Day and by 9:01 breakfast was being cleared. Its especially frustrating when you are relying on that breakfast and you paid for it. No do nkt disturb signs were provided in the room and housekeeping was...

« They are in need of new pillows on the bed. The elevators needed to be vacuumed badly. They breakfast was good »

« The room was smelly I couldn’t sleep the pillows were uncomfortable too and old , if the ratings were accurate I wouldn’t choose this place. »

« You get what you pay for. It wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed, but it definitely wasn’t the best either. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The property could also use some TLC and updates in a few areas. Our AC unit was inconsistent and only seemed to work when it wanted to. That being said, if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay for a quick overnight stop or just somewhere to rest during your travels, it does the job....

« I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Birmingham/Hoover. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I appreciated the spacious accommodations and convenient location. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers! »

« Great dinner reception! We had pulled pork, salad, dessert, and free drinks! We loved the work-out facility, indoor & outdoor pools (although a little small for swimming laps), hot tub, easy to find off of the highway, and comfortable beds. »

« The breakfast situation was a bit confusing. Even the email sent about breakfast didn’t make sense. There isn’t a breakfast but you can get Quick service eats but get a full breakfast for $13. Then staff looked as if they didn’t want to make breakfast so we left out for it. Also there was a weird guy in the lobby hanging with the Front Lobby Staffer. Freaked my kid out. »
