IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Our house has totally 7 bedrooms to rent out , you can reserve for part of it, or you can reserve for the full whole house, consult us before making reservation, we can give you best suggestions.
**Please note there is only shared living room, shared dining room, shared laundry room. shared kitchen, shared family room , shared entertainment area, Shared BBQ& Pingpong area.
** Regarding parking, you can park your car on the grass area which is at right hand side of the house.
** Shared outdoor pool and backyard

Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during your stay.

You are invited to cook in the SHARED kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.

Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the microwave after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the microwave is found uncleaned after use.

Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, appliances are switched off.

Please return the keys back to lockbox when you check out.

House Rules

No parties or events of any kind. Only guests on the booking may stay or visit (max 2). Breaches will result in immediate cancellation without refund, and guests will be charged for all cleaning, damage and any related costs.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Close neighbours, so please keep noise down.
No smoking inside. Up to $500 cleaning fee applies.
Pets on request only. Please message us before booking.

Check-in: Self check-in via lockbox; instructions sent the day before arrival.

Keys: Please return them to the lockbox at checkout. Lost keys $300; lockout call-out $100.

Kitchen: Please wash dishes, wipe the oven, and use a heat mat on the table and benchtops.

Lost items: items left behind are held for 14 days. Please message us and we can post them back at the guest's cost.

Accidents happen. If anything gets damaged, just let us know and we'll sort it out together. Enjoy your stay!

Interaction with Guests:
We will send you a detailed house guide and check-in instructions one day before your check-in date, with all the check-in details provided by 3 pm on your arrival day.
