« The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool. »

« テラスのある露天風呂付きのお部屋に泊まりました。露天風呂の横にシャワールームの個室にあってヒーターが完備されていたので寒さを感じることはありませんでした。アメニティもイタリア製の化粧品やネスカフェのコーヒーマシン、オーガニックの紅茶などクオリティが置かれていました。1点気になったのはトイレの手洗いが掃除ができていないのか汚くて使えませんでした。 食事は2食とも個室でいただきました。夕食は客前寿司、朝食はだし巻き卵を目の前で調理して提供して下ったり、食材も自家製の味噌や県内産の米や野菜が使われていて見た目も美しい料理を楽しむことができました。 女将さんをはじめ、若いスタッフの方々のおもてなしも行き届いていてお勧めのお宿であることは間違いありません。 »

« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « Convient parfaitement aux familles, grande chambre. Très propre, nouveaux kimonos chaque jour. Shuttle service every time we needed to go to Yudanaka downtown. Very friendly staff, d’une grande gentillesse. Avoir un onsen à domicile (intérieur et extérieur) était un régal dont nous avons largement profité. Petit parc public avec des jeux pour enfants juste à côté. »
