Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Frühstück und Personal waren sehr gut und freundlich. Auch die Zimmer sind renoviert (waren schonmal 2010 dort als es noch ein Nikko Hotel war) und die sind gut geworden. Der Rest des Hotels ist ok. Pool Anlage ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Hauptproblem waren aber zu wenige Liegen am Strand und Pool!

Great Stay
Hotel and staff was perfect. Best massage we ever had. The place is a little far from the next big town if that mathers to you. There are some monkeys roaming around in the garden which, to us, was nota bad thing.

Ein ruhiggelegenes Hotel mit toller Aussicht
Große Zimmer jedoch schon renovierungsbedürftig. Sie renovieren gerade einen Hotelabschnitt der Lärm hat manchesmal etwas gestört. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Poollandschaft sehr schön angelegt. Das Hotel hat eigene Liegen am Strand. Frühstückbuffet sehr großzügig.

Unser Zimmer war soo weit von den all Geschehnissen.Um zum Strand zu gelangen braucht man 2mal den Fahrstuhl zu wechseln. Ich habe mir Hilton irgendwie anders vorgestellt. War leider so reguläres Hotel

Hübsches Hotel für Start auf Bali
Normales 4 Sterne Hotel- für den Start einer Rundreise sicherlich ok. Hat jedoch nichts mit Bali zu tun- wie aber auch schon erwartet. Schöne Anlage und sehr sauber. Leider wurden wir trotz nur 50% Auslastung direkt beim Kraftwerk des Hotels untergebracht. Nahezu im kompletten Nordflügel ist dieses zu hören. Der Wechselkurs im Hotel ist im Vergleich zur kompletten Inseln misserabel- dort lieber kein Geld wechseln.

Schöne Hotelanlage direkt am Meer
Wir haben vier Nächte im Bali Hilton mit unseren Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) hier verbracht. Die Kids liebten den Jungle Club und den Betreuer Rahman, der seinen Job sehr gut gemacht hat und sich toll um unsere Kids gekümmert hat. Wir hatten ein Familien Zimmer mit zwei grossen Betten. Das Zimmer und Bad war immer sehr sauber. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abzug gibts von uns, weil die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer am ersten Abend bei der Ankunft einen nassen Boden hatte und die Betten feucht waren. Wir hatten dies reklamiert und uns auf Chinesen ausgerichtet ist. Wir hätten uns mehr Früchte und ein ausgewogeneres Buffet mit gesunden Sachen gewünscht. Alles in allem hat es uns im Hilton gut gefallen und wir würden es weiter empfehlen.

Ich hatte ein Club Zimmer im 10. Stock mit herrlichem Meerblick. Der Service im Club Bereich war sehr gut. Einzig die vielen Veranstaltungen störten ein wenig, die Musik war doch recht laut und einige Flächen waren dann abgesperrt. Die Angestellten waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Eine tolle grosse Anlage mit wunderschönem Garten.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und konnten gegen einen Aufpreis den Nikko-Club Bereich nutzen (Zimmer mit Meerblick, Softdrinks und Häppchen den ganzen Tag und zur Happy-Hour alkoholische Getränke inklusive). In diesem Bereich hatten wir separate Liegebereiche. Wir wurden von dem sehr netten Personal bestens umsorgt und hatten zwei Tage Entspannung pur. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Große Pools, verschiedene Restaurants und überall freundliches Personal.

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection mall and the Nusa dua beach where there are restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel for a change and less pricey options which is only 5 km away . Or a cab is only £4 and easy to access . Only 30 mins from the airport .

We stayed in one of the private villas and it was the best spot for our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond for everything. We had mentioned it was my husbands birthday and came back to the room and found a cake inside the room for us. Breakfast was awesome and they had good dinners with shows. 10/10

The hotel was beautiful and there were many activities to do. I have a few complaints however and those are being that the bus schedule they gave us was wrong and so we had to order a taxi which cost us extra. Also the food there is 3 times what you would pay if you eat in town. I ordered food from grab and the only way to get it was to have someone take you on the golf cart to the front to pickup the food from security. For the price I paid for this place I wish they would have been able to bring my food to the door.

We stayed at two different resorts in Nusa Dua and it was night and day. Hilton was surprisingly not that clean. Our bathroom had some mold. The pool didn’t feel super clean. Good vibes. Okay food. Staff sort of slow. I would skip this resort.

Super large property! The most stunning views. Rooms were large and clean. Multiple pools so it never felt over crowded. Variety of dining options which was great. Shuttle to and from Bali Collection which was great though Grab or Gojek was super cheap if times were inconvenient. Only thing I didn’t like was that we booked a family room but were situated in the furtherest wing from the pool area and kids club. I found that odd as you aren’t allowed to take the pool towels back to your room so we had to walk 5 mins soaking wet through the resort, main entrance etc with our kids and pool toys etc.

The view from our room was amazing. For the cost per night the room size was not worth it. As this resort had a low occupancy rate at this time they could have upgraded us to a bigger and better room which would have incentived us to cone back to stay.
