« Loved the staff and the suite was great. The only issue is that this property needs major renovation. I believe they are already preparing for that according to the staff we spoke to. Otherwise, it was great! »

« The shower didn’t work and the hallways did not have air conditioning turned on and was muggy. »

« My room was in the middle of a remodel and smelt of fresh paint. The toilet paper dispenser wasn't installed and door hooks were not installed yet. »

« Air conditioning unit leaking on the carpet.dresser drawer wouldn’t stay shut, several electrical outlets wouldn’t work correctly and drain in bathroom leaked and couldn’t take a bath. Toilet paper holder broke. Not the best stay from my experiences with Holiday Inns »

« Séjour agréable et très bien en général. Les deux points à améliorer sont l’horaire du petit déjeuner qui finit à 9.00, c’est très tôt. Et l’isolation de la tuyauterie … vous entendrez le voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Dommage! »

« Worse experience of my life. Signs of bed bugs, no working TV, no wifi, no working phone, no hot water, the room was filthy, as soon as I checked in I wanted to leave. But was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I even had the insurance. She was very rude. I got ahold of Expedia they even called motel still no refund. Site says free breakfast nope not even that... I took pictures of how disturbing it all was. »

« The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue. »

« There was nothing nice or clean about this hotel. How does this place have such an high rating?? All the pictures are deceiving and look nothing like that place. Hot tub and pool not open. When asked about pool I was told “just not working today”. The air conditioner in the rooms didn’t work well. Spoke to some other guests that asked if our air conditioner was working because theirs wasn’t working at all. They had the door to their room open to get air from the hallway, which wasn’t any cooler...

« A small hotel very easy to access to, quite cheap, but some maintenance should be made in the roops, especially in the bathroop where the shower was low debiit... included breakfast was good but limited in choices, the landry is non existing for years but the reception does pretend it is working... »
