« When we got to the property after calling and telling them we would have a late check in because the McNeese football game ran later because of a lightning delay, the door was locked. Took a while to finally get checked in.
The next morning there was no hair dryer, no shampoo, no conditioner! You have to go down to the desk and check these things out!! Where in the world does this happen!?!? No where but Studio 6 in Lake Charles! Will never stay here again. »
