Hotels nahe Oak Ridge Art Center (Oak Ridge)

„The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. „This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.“

„Wir waren zufrieden. Das Hotel entsprach unseren Erwartungen.“

„They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. “

„Staff had no personality but everything else was awesome“

„Very clean and spacious rooms, competent staff, affordable. Definitely would recommend this hotel“

„We wewre not made aware the gym was not in order and i travel depending on just that.. Otherwise a good location“

„Alles o.k..

„Not bad for the money starting to show its age.“

„these specific hotels are always super clean, so whenever available, and priced right, this is our preferred choice while traveling for work. The staff is always super helpful, and the environment just feels better.“
