„Amazing hotel!!! We are so glad that we stayed here. The staff was throughout the whole stay super helpful, nice and approachable at all times. „Die Unterkunft war sehr gut aufgeteilt, gemütlich, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sollten wir noch einmal hier in Sedona Urlaub machen, so würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Es war auch genügend Parkplatz vorhanden. Im Clubhaus konnten wir vor einer herrlichen Kulisse sehr gut frühstücken. Am Abend besuchten wir das Hilton Hotel, wo man einen guten Tagesabchluss hatte. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. “

„Alles befindet sich in einem schon älteten Zustand. Check in lief ziemlich unpersönlich ab. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Ergeschoss und hörten jeden Schritt von den Bewohnern über uns.das inkludierte Frühstück war echt ein Reinfall. Das Wasser für den Tee war kalt, der Kaffee ungenießbar und es kein Toast, sondern nur einen Keks. Insgesamt für eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Am Ende wurde uns pro Nacht noch eine Resortfee berechnet..“

„While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. „Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again!“
