Vacances Ă  sobral

Maison spacieuse avec tout le nĂ©cessaire, au calme. Les enfants se sont rĂ©galĂ©s. Le logement est peut-ĂȘtre un peu loin de la plage, mais bon la piscine comble cela. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Óptimo fim-de-semana em família

Casa grande e limpa, com tudo o que Ă© preciso. Vista bonita. Local muitĂ­ssimo sossegado. Excelente comunicação com o proprietĂĄrio. Único pormenor a salientar: a tv nĂŁo tem canais portugueses (mas tem dezenas de canais noutras lĂ­nguas, principalmente holandĂȘs e alemĂŁo) e a net Ă© paga. De qualquer modo, voltaremos!

La maison est vraiment belle et spacieuse . Idem pour la piscine. Peter le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et toujours disponible par mail. Paulo qui s’occupe de la villa sur place est charmant et vient vous dĂ©panner avec le sourire au moindre problĂšme. Un vrai havre de paix!

Superbe villa

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, la villa est superbe ,il y a tout se qu'on a besoin. Le petit dĂ©jeuner nous attend avec les fruits ,du lait ,du cafĂ© du beurre! GĂ©nial Paulo est trĂšs gentil mĂȘme si il ne parle pas français il arrive a se faire comprendre! Le petit village typique du Portugal avec un cafĂ© et une supĂ©rette une patronne trĂšs trĂšs gentille!je vous conseille de faire vos courses lĂ -bas ! Les prix sont top. Pleins d'endroits a visitĂ©s. Le seul point nĂ©gatif est le vent qui Ă©tait prĂ©sent pendant toute la semaine. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des extĂ©rieurs le soir!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa.

Everything was as described and there was even more than expected inside, which helped us to relax in the pool even longer All of the bedrooms, bathrooms and other spaces were sparkling clean. We would definitely visit again in the future. The location is very peaceful and the locals were all friendly too. There are many amenities (10-15 minutes) and places/beaches (15-30 minutes) to visit within good a good driving distance and plenty more if you want to venture out further. Paul, the property manager, was great. I had trouble finding the villa and ended up at the bottom of the village rather than at the top. Paul took time out of his day to come and find us so we could follow him to where we needed to be Thank you all!

The House is spectacular. Modern architecture with stunning views. My only complaint is that there is an enormous amount of flies. There was an infestation and although It was breezy and cool outside we could not leave the Windows open. Mosquito nets or screens should be considered for the figure.

A relaxing holiday in a beautiful house

We all seven enjoyed very much the stay in the little village Sobral da Lagoa visiting e.g. the Lourinha Dino Park (fantantic), the beautiful Atlantic shore towns/villages NazarĂ©, Peniche, Baleal with its amazing rocks, Sao Martinho do Porto and opposite to it over the bay Salir do Porto and the very beautiful Foz do Arelho. And of course we visited Óbidos a couple of times as well as Caldas da Reinha. At the villa most afternoons were spent in the swimming pool or by it at the terrace with the beautiful view to the Lagoa do Óbidos and over the fields.We had two marvelous weeks in Portugal and look forward to traveling there again!

Tolle Villa mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien sehr genossen. Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten im Haus (Pool, Tischtennis) und in der Umgebung (StrÀnde, Lissabon etc.).

The villa matched the expectations Great pool, kitchen well equipped, barbacue, The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. It’s located 10 minutes drive from Óbidos and +/- 20 minutes from the beach (Foz do arelho, praia del Rey, etc) The neighborhood it’s quiet, it’s perfect to relax while enjoying family vacations

Leuke Villa voor het hele gezin

Ons verblijf was super leuk hebben echt genoten. Echt een aanrader voor het hele gezin. De villa is ruim, netjes en voorzien van eigelijk alles. Locatie is ook fijn, rustig dorpje met genoeg te zien en winkels dichtbij in de buurt. Wij verbleven in augustus en savonds koelt het best wel af dus een vest of jasje om buiten te zitten is een aanrader.

Mooi huis met alle voorzieningen

Mooi huis met mooi terras en zwembad. Was op dit moment veel te koud om in te zwemmen. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Zeer mooie kamers. Hadden plots geen warm water mee. Werd direct opgelost door de concierge Paulo die trouwens zeer vriendelijk was en perfect engeks spreekt.

GroßzĂŒgiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande eines Dorfes, auf einem HĂŒgel gelegen, mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist somit auf ein Auto angewiesen, um AusflĂŒge zu unternehmen. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts war es auf der Terrasse sehr windig, sodass es zum Schwimmen oder um abends draußen zu sitzen, schon fast zu kĂŒhl war (Ende Juli). Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Auch die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht. Etwas enttĂ€uscht hat uns die Ausstattung des Außenbereichs, der mit Ă€lteren und teilweise beschĂ€digten Möbeln und Auflagen gar nicht zum Rest des schicken Hauses passte. Der HausschlĂŒssel wurde vor unserer Ankunft hinterlegt, sodass wir ohne Zeitdruck am Haus ankommen konnten. Der zustĂ€ndige Verwalter kam aber auch noch persönlich vorbei. Insgesamt haben wir dort mit zwei Familien eine schöne Zeit verbracht!

A casa corresponde ao que é divulgado no anuncio, tem bons espaços interiores e exteriores (e uma bela vista) e o piso térreo estå adequado a pessoas com mobilidade condicionada (onde existe inclusivamente um quarto e uma wc com poliban). Existe, no entanto, um grande inconveniente: o local estå infestado de moscas, o que foi verdadeiramente incomodativo. Recomendaria/repetiria a estadia apenas se o proprietario colocar redes mosquiteiras nas janelas por forma a controlar o problema pelo menos no interior da casa.

Casa muito confortĂĄvel

A casa tem espaço suficiente para as pessoas indicadas, camas super confortĂĄveis apesar de serem individuais. Cozinha bem equipada no entanto faltava umas colheres de pau e uma dispensa maior para ficar completa. As casas de banhos sĂŁo espaçosas e nĂŁo tive nenhuma razĂŁo de queixa. A piscina Ă© grande o suficiente e profunda e tem um espaço com espreguiçadeiras O espaço exterior Ă© muito bom para o convĂ­vio no final do dia. Único ponto que notei menos positivo foi a limpeza da loiça, muito dos tupperwares, copos,pratos,etc... Ainda tinham manchas e estavam mal lavados. O gestor da propriedade Ă© bastante simpĂĄtico e disponĂ­vel para ajudar em qualquer dĂșvida. A zona da villa tambĂ©m Ă© boa, fica perto da cidade de Óbidos onde podemos encontrar supermercados.

Nice house with nice views

Big house for 8 people, very comfortable. You have yo take the car if you want to go to the beach or if you want to have dinner out. But if you'd rather have privacity, this is the perfect place, with barbacue and everything that you need to feel as if you were at home.

Beautiful villa.

We had a fabulous week's holiday in this beautiful modern villa. We were a party of 7 and there was plenty of space. The pool area is well maintained and has wonderful views over the fields, hills. Lagoon and beach. The little hidden away village is an perfect setting for a relaxing holiday and a walk around the village is a must. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Mooi huis. Fijne gastheer.

Mooi strak huis. In nieuwstaat. Fraaie badkamers en keuken waar niks ontbreekt. Zwembad is mooi en groot genoeg om lekker in te kunnen zwemmen. Fantastisch panorama met uitzicht op kustlijn en baai. WĂ©l waaide het behoorlijk gedurende ons verblijf. Maar dat weet je als aan Atlantische Kust verblijft. Eigenaar (Peter) is een fijne gastheer en doet niet moeilijk als er iets vervangen moet worden. In ons geval het koffieapparaat. We mochten direct nieuwe kopen en Peter maakte geld direct over. Top! Voor rust, lekker zwemmen en relaxen een aanrader! Groet, Bert Vink

Uma escapadinha no sĂŽssego

Tivemos uma semana muito sossegada na aldeia do sobral da lagoa. A casa é espaçosa, tem tudo o que precisamos para passar umas boas férias. A piscina é grande e tem muita segurança. Pena não termos desfrutado muito devido ao mau tempo que fez nessa semana.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr groß, neu, schick. Der Pool ist toll und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist super. Man hat alles da, was man braucht... wir haben nur einen Toaster vermisst :-) Das einzige Manko fĂŒr uns war, dass nichts so wirklich typisch portugiesisch war. Wer einen typischen Urlaub mit Kontakt zu Einheimischen sucht, der ist hier eindeutig fehl am Platze. Die Villa ist ziemlich abgelegen in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich, wohin sich niemand von den Einheimischen "verirrt". Wer allerdings Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, der ist hier richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, viele interessante StĂ€dte und schöne StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he.
