« All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. »

« J'ai pris une chambre avec terrasse, malheureusement il n'y avait pas de transats, il n'y avait qu'une table avec 4 chaises.. J'en ai fait part à la réception et en regardant les chambres disponibles à ma période de réservation il n'y avait qu'une seule autre chambre de disponible. « Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. »

« Friendly Staff. Room was clean. Spa bath was wonderful and relaxing. Shower leaked onto floor required multiple towels to prevent slip hazards. »

« I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. »

« From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. »

« On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...
