Loved this place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here and when we first walked in we were impressed by the spectacular views from the living area and balconies. If you are into birding, there are many water birds out in the marshes to see! The entire condo was immaculate, and the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, spices, etc.--everything you need. The two deck boxes are loaded with beach equipment including many chairs, wagons, a cooler, beach toys, umbrella, games. Excellent communication with the host who had suggestions on activities and checked in to make sure all was well. The place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Ocean City Property

This was an excellent vacation! The condo was beautiful and comfortable for 6 friends to stay in. There were beach chairs, a beach cart and other beach supplies available to use. Overall the condo was very clean and comfortable!

An AMAZING place to stay in Ocean City

I have been coming to Ocean City ever since I was a kid, but this might have been one of the best stays ever. Jude's condo is fantastic. It's located in a perfect mid-town area, so everything you want to see and do is either walkable or just a short drive away. The condo itself has enough room for everyone to spread out, with two balconies that give stunning views of the bay (especially at sunset.) The kitchen is well stocked and gave us the ability to cook several meals. One of the best parts was the communication with Jude. He checked in several times to see if we needed anything. He also had GREAT recommendations about places to visit. Overall, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in Ocean City. Thanks Jude!

Beautiful condo/perfect location!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for our annual beach trip and this condo was absolutely perfect! The views are amazing!! The place was very clean, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet in the neighborhood and in perfect distance to multiple restaurants & bars. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Also, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great short visit!

We were in town for a very short 2 night stay for a soccer tournament. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the condo, but it was clean, well appointed, convenient to anything we needed, and the marsh/bayside views are beautiful. The building was quiet (even during what felt like a popular senior beach week) and parking was easy. Hosts were communicative, NOT overbearing, and seemed available/willing to handle any issues had they arose. They communicated in advance with the information we needed and set the door code to a code of our preference making ‘check-in’ as easy as humanly possible; show up, enter your chosen code, walk-in. Cozy and spacious retreat

Lovely property with amazing views. Loved the proximity to the beach and amenities but the distance from the fray. The two bathrooms is a must for families and it was nice touch to have the washer and dryer. There was plenty of room to sleep and spread out and the common area was much enjoyed as well as the ability to dine or hang out on both balcony’s with wonderful bay views . Can’t wait to come back .

We absolutely adored staying on the property. Jude is an awesome person, answered all of our questions, and always responded to emails in a timely manner. Wonderful and clean place with freat bay views

Stayed with my family of 4, including two teens. Plenty of space and spent every night on the master bedroom balcony watching sunset. Quiet, clean and could walk to just about everything we needed. Jude checked in a few times throughout the stay but honestly, we had everything we needed and everything was well labeled and documented so we didnt need any extra help. Would highly recommend

Great Place and Host

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean City (July 8-13). This was our 2nd trip to OC and 1st at The Ritz condo complex. Location was excellent with gorgeous sunset views as advertised, and a short walk to the ocean beach. The beach itself had plenty of room. Walking distance from several good restaurants including newly opened Saltwater 75. Out unit was spotless and our host (Jude) beyond accommodating.

Family Gathering

Traveled to a family reunion in Berlin. OCM provided a great location to enjoy family members and beach time. Jude’s place was fantastic. Incredible views, peaceful stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four! We so enjoyed the view from the balconies and living room, incredible sunsets, and birdwatching. We remarked frequently at how quiet and peaceful the place was given that it is just one block off the main OC drag. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Easy walk to the beach as well! We definitely want to return.

Beach vacation

We were in DC for a few days and couldn’t go home without a stop at the beach. Owners were so flexible with our arrival time and prompt with all responses to help make the stay pleasant. We wish we had more time as the location was ideal. One block walk to the beach. We crossed right at the road as lights turn red it is a very easy cross. Views from two balconies were so beautiful. The beach chairs were great for the adults as kids played in the waves. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. If you are in the midst of travel and do not have linens/towels like us, TJMaxx was down the road and did accommodate us with a variety of items we took home after the trip. Prices of linens were reasonable. Although we did not use them on this trip there were plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans if you want to cook your own meals. Grocery store close by. Area is quiet and family friendly. Smoke free environment made trip much more enjoyable for us. Lots of good food places around to try. Many within walking distance. We hope to stay again in the future!

Excellent Experience

The condo was amazing! It had everything we needed plus more. The deck outside the master bedroom was my favorite. I could quietly relax when I needed the time with an amazing view. The place was very neat and very accommodating. There was a variety of games to play, WiFi, space to eat inside/outside, washer/dryer…very well equipped. The stairs to the condo was the small challenge, but We looked at it as our form of exercise each day. I would definitely recommend and would definitely choose this place again! Thanks so much for the hospitality!
