Amazing views, location and place

We would definitely stay here again! We brought our 13 year old daughter and friends to the beach in lieu of a birthday party. They had a blast on the beach, board walk, pool and Jolly Roger. They even commented how close we were to everything! The condo was very well kept—definitely exceeded our expectations. Only comment is that there wasn’t a starter toilet paper roll in every bathroom. We will be back for a longer stay. Also appreciated the text updates on when we could check in and other details.

Perfection!

The property was very clean, warm and welcoming! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil needed. The check in process was simple and contact with the Property Manager was exceptional. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and things to do. My 4 yr old granddaughter fully enjoyed the beach, rides and boardwalk arcades. We will definitely be returning to this same property in the near future.

Family stay

Family decided to take a day trip to OC and stay at the Belmont Towers. We had a lovely stay it was so beautiful that we decided to go back in October and stay a couple of days. Can’t wait to go back a beautiful home away from home.

Lovely unit, great location, however...

We had frustrating issues with codes to garage/door codes. First of all the entrance to the parking garage is gated but none of the check-in instructions gave this info or how to open gate when you arrive. Found a keypad on a side door but none of the door codes I had been given worked (I was told later that the codes that were emailed to me were probably from a previous week). I called the rental office and was given another code that did work. Then tried to get to elevators-again code I had originally been given did not work. Called rental office again for new code. Also, you would expect the designated parking spot would be near the floor your unit was on. Not the case, parking spots are randomly placed throughout garage-we were in a 6th floor unit and the parking spaces were just inside the garage entrance. A location map or info directing renters to parking spaces would have been helpful and saved aggravation of driving all over garage to find the spaces. We left the unit to go out to eat the next day and when we returned the access code to our unit did not work! This had been the 1 code that actually worked when we checked in. Again a call to rental office and they had to send a maintenance person while we waited outside in the cold/wind (approx 15 min). They couldn't get code to work either and ended up using their all access code to open door. When we tried to leave later on that code did not work either and we could not leave the unit. I got a text late the next morning saying the battery in the door lock was dead and would be replaced shortly. After that the all access code worked again-for the last half day of our stay. I will say that every time I called the rental office, phone was answered promptly, I always talked to the same person (Jessie) and he was always calm, professional and cordial even when I was kind of agitated. The unit was very nice and other than the code/lock issues our stay was great. One suggestion-it would have been nice if coffee filters were provided. The cupboard was stocked with hot chocolate mix but no filters??

Late Summer Beach Trip

Wonderful property with fantastic views. We will definitely be staying here again. One suggestion though. All of the kitchen cabinets have undermount lights, but all of the light bulbs are burned out. It would be a very nice atmosphere at night if they all worked. Other than that, top notch unit!

Beautiful Condo

This newly remodeled condo is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook - very thoughtful touches throughout. The king master suite is perfection, while the jr. master is a little small ... with a bathroom that could use some updating. (Old school bath/shower combo. The shower curtain is just a tension rod and came down on us.) Unfortunately the set up of the building and parking is confusing ... and difficult to navigate a luggage cart around. Figuring out how to get to the luggage carts stashed in the breezeways took some time, then we had to switch elevators by trekking through the building because the one in the parking deck doesn't actually go to the 6th floor. Best recommendation is to get a cart and bring it to your 2 spaces (which are right inside the garage door on the right). Then open the garage door and push the cart up the alley to the lobby of the oceanfront building. That's the elevator you need! Pool there is pretty small with no shade or umbrellas... but this condo is really about the oceanfront. If you love being in the action and on the beach then this is the right location for you. It's near the pier, easy walk to shops, amusements, and food. The noise from the boardwalk is really minimal inside the condo ... though if you're a super light sleeper you may want ti bring some ear plugs or a white nose machine, just in case. We stayed here in September so the boardwalk wasn't super crowded. We did have a few issues, like a storm that blew water under the front door and down the hallway.... had to use a throw rug to block under the door and then mop, and some itchiness (reported some concerns about the condo maybe needing a treatment for insects, though we only saw one during our stay). Overall this is a condo i would recommend ... because honestly, it's just that gorgeous and you can't beat the feeling you get being there ... especially if you get the King Suite!!!!

Great time

We have been coming to Ocean City for years, this trip was one of the best. The condo was decorated nicely and stocked with all items you need for the week. The view was absolutely gorgeous. I could have stayed at condo 603 for the next several months with no complaints! The process of booking was easy and corresponding with Seaside Vacation proved to be exceptional.
