Each bedroom has a LED flat-screen smart TV. The living room has a flat screen TV with sound bar. Also included are 3 Blue-Ray DVD players, XFINITY cable (DVR included in living room), and free Wi-Fi. All new bedroom mattresses for 2021, including a queen Stearns and Foster mattress in master bedroom, and full-size and twin-size Serta mattresses in second bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The building has a direct ocean front outdoor pool, coin operated laundry facility, and elevator.
