    The Space:

    Welcome to your next family- and dog-friendly getaway at this bright, canal-front home on the bay side of Ocean City. You’ll love the easy access to restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, parks, mini-golf, and the beach, yet enjoy a quiet, private spot to unwind. Start the day with a cup of coffee on your waterfront balcony, watching the boats and passing seagulls. The private, deep-water dock and provided crab pot are perfect for catching crabs, and you can rent a jet ski or pontoon boat from Island Watersports, just around the canal corner, and park it at the dock. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan and lots of natural light. The full kitchen boasts all the appliances, including a wine fridge and air fryer, plus plenty of counter-top workspace. Grab a bite at the large dining table, then head for the beach, about a mile away. When you return, entertainment options include two streaming-capable Samsung TV Plus TVs with over 200 channels, Apple TV, board games, and free WiFi. Central AC and a private washer/dryer add another layer of comfort and convenience. Fire up the grill on the deck and end the night back outside with a chilled bottle from the wine fridge, toasting your good luck at booking the perfect family escape. RESORT AMENITIES -Outdoor pool -Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guest accounts. This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location, peaceful setting

Home is in a quiet community very close to prime beach access. Back porch is right on the water and can watch the boats sail by. Large rooms, patio furniture, lots of games available, and kitchen had many utensils. Keypad provided easy access. Great that it was dog friendly!

Great spot for a great cost

The home provided a wonderful opportunity for my family spend at the beach. We brought our boat and it was wonderful to have use of the dock and not have to pull the boat in and out of the water each day. Generally things were good, with some minor complaints.

The unit had great view, close to the venues we visited OC for. Good floor plan. A couple of cosmetic improvements would dramatically improve ratings.

THE VIEW!!

I could sit out on that deck all day long starring at the water! Beautiful view! The inside was spacious and worked out great for the 7 of us and 2 dogs! There's a few patch jobs that could be done on the inside, but that wouldn't stop me from booking again! :)

Surprising and excellent vacation home

Great deck with really comfortable furniture, beautiful view, comfortable indoor spaces. Lack of closets a bit weird but not a problem for us for a short beach stay. Very clean and comfortable. Only note is we would have liked simpler entry code. Had to pull up email every time. 4 digit is more common and sufficient. Nice neighborhood, very walkable and dog friendly.

Enjoyed our time there

The listing doesn't mention this but the home is a double wide trailer. The interior is nice and it wouldn't have been an issue but nasty storm went through while we there and it creaked a bit. Also, the listing mentions an ice maker but the only ice maker is what you make yourself using the two plastic trays in the freezer. They furnish plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking accessories.

Awful Stay

We were very displeased with this property. When we first got there , the AC was not working . We called and they said they couldn't come out until the next morning, it was a MISERABLE night sleeping . It was so hot in the house , all we could do was sit out on the deck the next day until they came to fix it .Because it was cooler outside. They came in the afternoon. The house was filthy, our feet were black walking around in the house. Toilet has a sanitized strip indicating it was clean, but when we wiped it there was yellow on the wipe which indicates the toilet was not clean. The appliances weren't wiped down food on the kitchen cabinets dripped down. The list is long, all pictures were taken. They did send cleaners back out the second day, but all they did was mop the floor no other cleaning was done. So we had to clean the house ourselves. After the cleaners mop the floor the bucket of water was as black as night, absolutely disgusting, unhealthy, and not up to the standards that they advertise for their covid safety and extra sanitizing. That floor hasn't been mopped and I don't know how long and I probably need to be mopped several more times to actually get a clean catch of water. We realize the house is old, but that does not excuse the house being filthy. We will NEVER rent with this company EVER again. NO COMPENSATION WAS GIVEN EXCEPT FOR A 125.00 DOLLAR CLEANING FEE. Not a company that represents pleasing and taking care of their clientele. We've never even gotten a call from anyone .
