Provided high speed Wi-Fi, cable in living room and bedroom. It's a raised first floor unit with an elevator. Has one full bathroom in main living area and one half bath off of the bedroom. Relax in this comfortable getaway! Lay back on the balcony with an ocean view, at the beach which is half a block away or in the outdoor private pool for Top Royal owners and guests only. Located in northern Ocean City across the street from Northside Park. Activities, restaurants and shopping (including a grocery store) all within a five minute walk!

Northside Park has walking/jogging paths, large playground, outdoor exercise center, ball fields, fishing/crabbing pier, and many entertainment events throughout the year including the Christmas light show.
