Featuring a year round heated indoor pool and hot tub - both open 24 hours, as well as a seasonal outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and tiki bar open May through October, there is something for everyone in your family. For your convenience, there is plenty of parking available with registration, and even an on site restaurant - The Jolly Jellyfish! Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Plaza Requires guests to register upon arrival. Registration is $80 for the entire stay and includes 2 parking permits, additional permits available for $15/day or $80 for full stay. Payable directly to the building upon arrival. Outdoor pool is seasonal, May through October. Indoor pool area is open 24 hours a day, year round.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
