We spent a significant amount of money on this rental and unfortunately were unable to enjoy our time inside the property. The condo was filled with fruit flies, both the refrigerator and freezer had to be wiped out prior to unpacking our groceries due to numerous dead insects.Even worse, there were multiple rat traps and poison set out in plain view throughout the entire condo, which was unsettling and definitely not what you want to see in a vacation rental!After immediately voicing our concerns to Central Reservations of the possibility the property isn’t being properly cleaned or maintained, I was told by the gentleman who answered my call that pests are a normal part of life in their off season, and I could pick up the rat traps if they were an inconvenience. We were afraid to leave our dry groceries out due to insect and rodent infestation, and even after purchasing fly paper to try and reduce the amount of insects it was impossible to comfortably eat or drink indoors due to continuously finding several small flies in our drinks and plates of food.We were looking forward to this trip, but our experience here was so disappointing. For the price point, we expected a clean, well-maintained space, but this property fell far short of that. The location was great, view was beautiful, and the showers were hot, but until these issues are properly addressed, I cannot in good faith recommend this rental.
