« Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience. »

« Perfect location…4-5 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Central air units working great.Outdoor Grill and blackstone griddle was very nice…definitely saving money on going out for food. »

« Loved the house. Seamless process from booking to check out. My family had plenty of space during our visit. Only minor critiques would be that the fridge took very long to get cold / didn’t produce much ice and the backyard could have used a little TLC before checking in … but landscapers came as we left. Overall 10/10! »

« There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel...

« We fell in love with this lovey home! We are a family of 7 and we all were very comfortable! This place is fully stocked with what you need, clean, and just so homey! Everything is in walking distance while you stay on a block that is lovely and quiet! If you have children there's a big backyard to play and a park nearby! The owners are available for any needs but we needed nothing! We had great family memories in this rental and would 100% book again! »
