With direct beach access, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, and walkable access to everything Ocean Isle Beach has to offer, it’s an ideal choice for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and recharge by the water.

PARKING:
The complex allows only one parking space per unit from May through September. A parking pass is required and will be provided in the unit upon your arrival.

We also offer an optional off-site parking space available for purchase. The overflow parking lot is located less than 2 miles away (approximately a 4–5 minute drive). Please let us know if you’d like to reserve an additional parking space for your stay.

• Check-in is self-check-in via keypad
• Pets are not allowed
• This property is located on the 1st floor
• There are approximately 16 steps to the property, and there is no elevator
• The shared pool is available from April through October
• Please note that the pool is not heated

Booking & Occupancy:
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.
-Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Parking & Vehicles
• 1 parking space is available (May-September)
• A parking pass is required
• Boats, jet skis, trailers, golf carts, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted
• Violating parking rules may result in towing

Building & Property Rules
• No signs or banners may be displayed on balconies
• Please keep all walkways and porches clear of personal items, including trash, bikes, and coolers
• Golf carts are not allowed on the property
