This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa is thoughtfully equipped for families looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway.

Located in the sought-after Bay Forest community in Ocean View, the home backs to a quiet wooded area and offers plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach or pool. Enjoy morning coffee on the furnished screened porch, explore the community on one of the four provided beach-cruiser bikes, and finish the evening grilling dinner on the outdoor gas grill.

An upstairs loft also features a sleeper sofa, providing families with additional flexibility for sleeping arrangements.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided.

BAY FOREST RESORT AMENITIES

A stay in Bay Forest offers much more than the home itself. The community features extensive recreational amenities, including pools, a lazy river, fitness and recreation facilities, playgrounds, sports courts, a crabbing and fishing pier, and miles of walking and biking paths.

Guests who wish to use Bay Forest’s recreational amenities (Pools, Fitness Center, Tennis/Pickleball Courts) must purchase a recreation pass separately. The fee is $50 per guest over age 5, and needs to be paid directly to the owner 30 days before arrival.

ROOM TO RELAX

The two-story layout gives everyone room to spread out. The main floor includes the primary bedroom and private bath, an additional half bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area and access to the home’s outdoor spaces.

Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft—a great additional space to relax, read, or play games.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with four Roku-enabled TVs throughout the home. Guests can sign into their own favorite streaming services during their stay.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner for the family, the kitchen is stocked with the essentials you’ll need during your stay, including cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and more.

A washer and dryer are also available in the home for your convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING & A PEACEFUL WOODED SETTING

One of the home’s best features is its setting backing to the woods. Start the day with coffee on the furnished screened porch, relax outside after an afternoon at the beach, or fire up the gas grill for an easy family dinner.
