Our overall stay was excellent. But what would do the property more justice is to update the patio photos on the site. There are seating areas outside, on the patio. You are 9 mins from the beach, and 6 mins from the grocery store. And also, your not to far from MD.

Beautiful home that was fully stocked with cooking utensils/supplies. Nice neighborhood with full sidewalks to safely take walks. Great communication from the owner who provided a text full of information the week before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation - spacious, nice decor, quiet neighborhood and very clean. The outdoor space is very special - a covered porch with nice sized table and also a stone patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Monika and Edwin have thought of everything - kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Having the sheets & towels and the use of bikes, beach toys, etc is an added bonus. We especially appreciated all the clear instructions and advice. We bought the wrist bands for pool/clubhouse use, and it was well worth it. Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially the hosts.

Check in was easy although we did have some difficulty with the digital lock. Once we we able to access the physical keys we were fine. The house is lovely. Well maintained and lots of space. The master suite is spacious and includes a huge walk in closet space. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of sharp knives for food prep and a nice pantry to store dry goods. We found the refrigerator tended to freeze some foods especially if they were near the back, we could not quite figure out how to increase the temperature. Wifi was also very reliable. The 38 amenity fee, while not under the owner's control, is a little steep if you don't plan to use the community center pool and activities everyday. It was very nice to take the shuttle to the beach, but it only runs on Saturdays and Sundays, the final return run is at 4pm. So, for Saturday to Saturday renters you can really only use it on Sunday. Overall I highly recommend this rental and the owners who were prompt in responding to our questions.

Great Family Vacation 2025

This property was well suited to our families needs. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes as well as access to the clubhouse, pickleball courts and pool.

This was our second year at the property and were happy to see that the quality is still top notch. There are plenty of utensils, cookware, dishes and silverware. We didn’t lack for anything as previous guests have left plastic wrap and foil in the large pantry. The host was instantly responsive when we requested extra towels and adjustments to the outdoor motion lights on the backyard patio. We were 7 adults and 4 children (ages 3-7), there were beds to spare. I have no issue recommending this OVBC neighborhood or home, location is 10 mins or less from golf, beach, restaurants, grocery store, and Bethany main street.

Excellent Property

My family, along with 2 other families, stayed here for a week. Beautiful, clean home with way more space than the pictures do justice! About a 5 minute drive to Bethany beach/boardwalk. Pool was wonderful! Neighbors were super friendly. Would definitely book again! 10/10!

This beach house and all the amenities were beyond 5 stars! Nothing compares. The house was perfect and so clean. The community was quiet. The neighbors very friendly. And the club house and pool were an added bonus which we definitely took advantage of. And the hosts were attentive, responsive, and kind. I have already inquired about booking for 2026.

Love this place!

This house was perfect for our family. With many amenities at the house and within the community, there was always something fun to do. It was very clean, well equipped, and close to everything we could want or need. We love this property so much, we are booking it for next summer!

Amazing!

As a twenty year renter in the area finding this property was great. My family has grown and we have toddlers and many adults and finding a home to accommodate is has become a little difficult. The pictures do not do justice to the home. It is beautiful, spacious, sun filled and beautifully decorated. It has all the amenities we could have needed. The space in the back of the home was great for the little kids and the pathway and access to the canal was the cherry on top. Bedding and towels was included which was a huge plus. The community pool and other amenities was perfect for non beach days. Monika and Edwin were great hosts! Looking forward to staying again next summer.

Impressive accommodation!

This property was much larger than the pictures convey. The living room/kitchen/dining area is spacious as are the bedrooms and upstairs loft. The provided towels and bedding were good quality and the entire home is well appointed. Kitchen has a large walk in pantry and is well stocked with utensils and cookware. There are beach toys, kayaks and paddle boards

A lot more spacious than the pictures and it was very clean! Community pool was really nice. Short drive to the beach and nearby restaurants. Communication was seamless and house had a lot of amenities at your disposable. Definitely recommend!

Great home for a relaxing beach week!

My family and I (5 adults, 5 children) loved staying here! Our hosts were great and answered all of our questions quickly and there was plenty of space for us to hang out. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy! We would love to stay here again if we have a similar size group in the future!

A blessed holiday week with our family

A spacious and comfortable stay for our family of 11! I was impressed by the lovely decor throughout. Located close enough to the beach, but far enough to relax from the hustle-bustle when desired. The club house was a nice addition, although the rules (wrist band directives) could be less stringent. All in all we felt blessed to be able to gather together, for a wonderful holiday week, with awesome weather to boot!!!

Amazing! My favorite rental

I’ve stayed at a number of rentals and this is by far my favorite. Spacious and comfortable. It fit all 11 of my family. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc were SO helpful. Loved the outdoor shower too! There were bikes and other sport equipment. Checking in was so easy. Great communications with the property manager. She was so kind and it showed in our conversations and all the accommodations and small luxuries that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation. The house was our home away from home. It was a delight to stay there and we hope to visit again in the future.

Very Pleasant Stay!

The pictures are so accurate! The home was clean, and basically had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the home is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are the most professional, polite, and understanding people ever, and their communication is on point 👌 We'd definitely stay there again without hesitation. I highly recommend staying here.
