« Great communication with host throughout our stay and they promptly addressed any concerns we had. They brought extra towels so we could use a few at the beach which was greatly appreciated. No huge cleaning list at check out was a big plus for us since we were departing early to catch a flight. Would stay again! Thank you! »

« Door handle inside house fell right off. Bedrooms are musty smelling. Fire pit didn’t light. Hot tubs were falling apart. Dresser drawer fell off. The staff that came to fix our problems couldn’t understand why we had complained and refused to come in the house. She was rude, unapologetic, and said “I’m not dealing with this” and walked away. We did not get a refund for both of the nights. The homeowner communicated with us, but only refunded 1 out of our 3 night. We had to get a hotel after...

« Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway. »
