« The location just off busy route 20 was a minus, especially since it is difficult to make a left hand turn out of the property with the heavy traffic. The hotel itself was clean, modern and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and well prepared/presented. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the exercise room. »

« The location is perfect, right on the center of Lenox downtown. Parking at the back of the hotel, though you might not be able to find a parking space if come back late. The room size is ok. But without refrigerator or provide ice station at floor level-not convenient for summer. The floor carpet is old and dirty. « December 2018 The room was super cold when we arrived. we had to push up the heater to feel comfortable. The bathroom was very difficult to heat and never got dry during our stay (2 nights), the tiles stayed wet all along, which was, during winter time, quite unpleasant and also dangerous because it was slippery. The bathtub was not the cleanest we saw (the ceramic was grey inside instead of white) was it old or just not well cleaned..., don't know. We haven't try the TV. Bed OK. The wifi...

« De l’espace ! De l’espace ! De l’espace !!! On respire dans cet hôtel! Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La salle de bains conforte et agréable ! Le personnel super-gentil ! Le thé et café offert dans le hall. Le lit d’un confort inégal ( pour moi les oreillers un peu trop épais, mais mes nuits étaient parfaites ! Ne pas se décourager si le parking est fermé ! C’est juste fermé pour que les “ non-clients” ne prennent place des clients de l’hôtel. On vous ouvre dès que vous le demandez....
