Escape to this charming RV retreat, perfectly suited for a cozy getaway for two adults (with room for a child under 10 on the futon). It can also work well for two coworkers seeking their own spaces (one on the queen bed, one on the futon). Please note it’s not ideal for three adults, as the space would feel too snug.

This fully furnished home is designed for 30+ day corporate and project stays, with high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, full kitchen, and BBQ grill so you can eat outside.

The Interior
Step inside and discover a thoughtfully designed space that blends comfort and convenience. Curl up by the electric fireplace while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TVs, or enjoy music throughout with the built-in home stereo system. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed and the home is equipped with an office for remote work.

The Kitchenette:
• Fully Stocked: Includes all essentials for home cooking.
• Convection Oven + Induction Stove/Hot Plate
• Apartment Refrigerator + Coffee maker

The Exterior
As evening falls, gather around the chimenea under the stars or fire up the grill for a casual outdoor dinner. You’ll also have access to a shared washer and dryer, and enjoy the peace of being tucked away on private land, quiet, restful, and just far enough from it all while still close to the city.

Other Amenities:
• Shared Laundry area with full-sized washing machine and dryer and "free & clear" (allergy friendly) laundry detergent
• Free High-Speed Wi-Fi
• Pet free home
• Ductless AC/heat split system
• Located in the county, yet close to city conveniences

Other Details to Note
We want your stay to feel easy and predictable, so here are a few helpful notes before you book.
– Toiletries and other consumables are provided as a starter kit and may need to be replenished for longer stays or heavier use.
– Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– No parking in front of our neighbors houses.
– Please review our pet fees in our “House Rules” section prior to booking.
– There is only one parking spot for this home. Trailers are not allowed.
– There is a two step staircase to enter the home.
– We’ll keep propane filled for you. For efficiency, please use the mini-split heater and space heaters more often than the furnace heater (the black thermostats) because it will waste the propane quickly.
– Since the RV runs on 50 amps, we recommend using major appliances one at a time to avoid tripping the breaker (easy access in the kitchen if needed).
– No visitors of guests allowed.

Special Offers:
– Long Stay specials are automatically applied.
– Special pricing for stays 3+ months.
– Military specials to all military members, active or veterans. 10% off the nightly rate! Please message us for this offer.

We are honored to host you and your guests in this welcoming home away from home right here in the Permian Basin. If you have any questions about your stay, we are happy to help, just send us a message.
