„The cabin was perfect. It offers all the cleanliness and comforts of a home but in a mountain cabin . . We had absolutely everything we needed . The amenities are well thought of . The host Katie was extremely sweet and made checking in and out easy peasy . The views were amazing including the Moose and her calf who came to visit one morning while having our coffee . We were sad to leave but will be back to this cabin every opportunity we get .“

„Joyful, comfortable, and peaceful are just 3 of the great adjectives that describe our holiday at the ranch. The cabin was like coming home with all the amenities. Not far from town, easy to find, and a dark sky for stargazing. The lovely terrace with a grill and plenty of seating for outside enjoyment only added to the ambiance of the property. „Really nice house nestled in between mountains with great views. Very quiet location. We didn’t see another car until we got to the main highway the whole time we stayed there. The house is midway between Gunnison and Crested Butte. The house is a little off the beaten path but very nice nonetheless. The only complaint would be no televisions in the bedrooms but it didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again.“

„We usually stay in Crested butte when we ski, but late booking this year steered us to look outside of town. We booked the cabin at Three Rivers not knowing what to expect. The property was great, clean, and ended up being exactly what we needed. Friendly staff as well made our trip and stay even better. Definitely recommend in case you don’t mind staying 25-30 from the mountain.“

„This house is amazing! I want to hire the contractor that updated it. We had 6 guys up for an annual fishing trip. It was our 10th year coming to the Gunnison/Crested Butte area. We’ve stayed in hotels and other houses in the area, but never again. It was unanimous that this one was our favorite accommodations. Perfect location, gorgeous setting, and incredible attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back!“

„We rented this house because of its location, only 2 miles into Gunnison. It also has a pond which was lovely. There were geese and ducks plus they have four goats and chickens. Our daughter and her three daughters were able to spend a couple nights with us. They loved it! They got to pet the goats, see the chickens up close so saw where the eggs were laid.
