« Our stay at this accomodation was probably the highlight of our 3 week trip around Japan. Both the accomodation itself and the personnel heavily contributed to this aside from the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji.
I can only recommend this accomodation to anyone who would like to spend some quiet time in nature while being close to Fuji. »
« The person that worked the property was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. He did whatever he could to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Whenever we needed help such as get a taxi, answer questions, etc. he was there. »
« Wonderful ryokan with the most friendly staff. The traditional rooms were very comfortable and well thought out. The private onsen was very nice. The meals were unbelievable, especially the dinners - we were treated like royalty. Breakfasts were a bit harder for western stomachs and habits - this would be our only recommendation as they have 3 types of breakfast - allow the option to only take the western option. Location is excellent on the lake and with a stop for the tourist bus just in front...
