« Hôtel non loin de l’aéroport L’arrivée a été compliquée car il ne nous retrouvait pas sur leur listing État correct sans plus Bruyant comme partout aux Philippines »

« 唯一的優點是便宜！入住時花比較多時間 »

« I've been in différent Seda établissements with family for staycations and Seda Résidences Makati was my least enjoyable stay. Facilities and breakfast food were subpar, and location is unpractical. My family and i also find the cleanliness of the ammenities to be underwhelming and dated that it does not justify the price point of what we paid. »

« Great place for business trips. The facilities are great and the service is impeccable. I'm definitely coming back »

« Total squalor that is unworthy to be advertised to foreigners visiting Manila. Roaches, spiders, blood stains, you name it. And the added bonus of this stench that loomed plus all of the sketchy personalities roaming around you. »

« Be aware of this scam and a trap. No communication, no orientation with the unit. Pictures can be deceiving in the net but not real. Kitchen wares are old and rusty, pots dont have handle, PS4 not working, old and filthy blankets and towels, bathroom stinks, in short the unit was not maintained. The owner didnt bother to answers our phone calls the whole of our stay. After paid in full as asked on booking, Thats It! Youre all on you own! »
