It's nice but. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite, which was the second highest suite option. It was nice, the jacuzzi was very nice, the shower had a rain shower head, the sink counter was marble. It had a mini bar, a king size bed, and a 60" TV. That said, it has definitely seen better days. The imitation wood floor was warped and corroded in areas around the edge. The areas that aren't so visible were worn, the bed was a bit too firm for our taste, and the walls outside on the balcony were cracked and faded. Unfortunately the upstairs restaurant was terrible, the service was pretty good. But, that was the end of the positive. The good was lackluster, the potatoes looked cracked and the whole dish was microwaved. We ate most of it, but we did not want to go back. The "milkshake" was weird and more like a slushy instead of a shake, it was just weird. The worst part, though, was they would only accept cash. Seriously?!?!? A RESORT only accepts cash??? It was quiet however,

The property is the best resort hotel you will find in subic. Clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. I have no complaints about the property, bur the beach itself isnt something to marcel at. The surrounding area is dirty, full of trash and there's a canal that runs from one of the public areas and empties into the beach itself, making you wonder whether the beach is even safe to swim in. There's annoying vendors everywhere that wont take no for an answer and the local folks don't seem to care about the trash and the environment they live in. Its a pity the local government doesn't give a damn about it but that's expected from Philippine politicians who are well known for corruption and theft of public funds

Food was very good - nice flavors and well prepared - lovely view of ocean - but confusing elevator system of call buttons - also no air conditioning or fan in elevator during sunny days made for very uncomfortable elevator rides - but overall very good and we would return - thank you !

Great place, slowly pushing customers away.
Hotel is in a great location. The restaurant serves good food. Both swimming pools are nice with great views. Management wants to charge for everything, slippers, bath robe, etc.

I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We stayed @ a Jacuzzi Suite which stank like a sewer which gave me a headache. I pointed it to a Hotel Staff and they placed a liquid on the drain but it didn’t fully resolve it. The 2 pools have heavy chlorine giving my grandnephew an irritated eyes. The food at the Restaurant at 6th Floor was good though a bit pricey for their serving size. Didn’t appreciate the fact that we nearly got charged for a can of Sprite and needed to show them our half empty bottle of 7 Up we bought somewhere else.

Good but expensive hotel with potential
The hotel is in the high-end price range in the area. As such the standards should also be higher. The hotel appear nice but with some strange choices through out. First the good: 1. Beautiful view, beautiful location 2. Very good service from the service minded staff. 3. Very high privacy and discretion 4. Very secure feel without being extreme. 5. Good internet connection These points could be improved: 1. There is only 2 (or 3) towels in each room. No handtowel, no washing cloth. 2. The top-level rooms (5th floor) is very noicy from the live band in 6th floor 3. They have gorgeous pools available on ground floor and top floor. They are however not available at the same time (ground during day, top during night) which is a shame. The available deckchairs in the pools is very limited (3-4 chairs) and it is very hard to find available seats. 4. The top-floor restaurant is non-par with rest of the standard of the hotel. The food is ok but not very good. This is a shame because this has the best view in all Subic Bay and could have potential to be a very popular place. It is acknowledge among locals that the restaurant is non-par with rest of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, though it is in the pricy end. It does however have so much potential to relatively easy be much better and attractive.

The pillows really were too big and uncomfortable. Other than that, I thought it was a really good deal. Most modern looking hotel in Barrio barretto. Great shower with excellent water pressure. Also nice tv with several channels.
