The house is as advertised! Very clean and plenty of space for my family! We had expected 6 people to travel but only 4 made the trip so this house was PLENTY of space and would have easily accommodated 6 people. Two kitchens and two washer and dryers is a nice bonus if you need that! Check in process was flawless and property owner returned my questions very quickly!! We would definitely stay again when coming back to Omaha!!

Overall, this was a clean and comfortable home for us to stay at! Very quiet and safe neighborhood as well. One piece of feedback I would give is that check in instructions were not provided until requested, and there was also no packet of information for WiFi or how to check out.

I stayed at this property with a friend and my daughter while doing college visits. The house was clean and very nice in a family friendly neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. There is more than enough space and everything is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The property overall was fine, but the kitchen was poorly equipped for an extended stay that involved cooking. Cleaning products were minimal. No top sheet on one of the beds, just a fitted sheet, blanket and comforter. No book with rules or information about garbage/recycle days, etc. Host was not very responsive.

The property was great for everyone to spread out and have their own bathroom and bedroom. TVs in the bedrooms would have been nice. The TVs in both living rooms were large. Swivel wall mounts would have been nice. My son had a little trouble hooking up his gaming station. My husband complained that the fridge was set to 46 degrees and tried to adjust it but he couldnā€™t due to it being connected to a phone so he said his beer was warm. My only complaint was it being a place for family to stay there was not a great selection of spatulas and no measuring utensils. I had to eyeball making pancakes.

We were blown away at the quality and cleanliness of this home. It has plenty of room to spread out with three dining areas, two seating and television areas, and three bathrooms. It was especially nice for the disabled, elderly family member who traveled with us. She uses a walker and was able to enter the house easily with just one step. She also has to use a recliner to sleep in, and this was the only rental house in the area that had one on the main level. There was a walk-in shower for her to use, and the main-floor bathrooms were both easy for her to get around in with her walker. With two pre-teen grandchildren also traveling with us, it was nice to be able to send them down to the basement family room with a game or puzzle (provided by the host) when the adults wanted to rest. The roomy kitchen has all updated appliances and lots of dishes and glassware. My husband was particularly impressed with the flatware. Unfortunately, the toaster didn't work, but I am sure the host will rectify that before the next person rents the place. They have been that thorough about providing everything else. The only real problem was communication. The host didn't always get back with our messages right away and still has not answered one important question I've asked twice. Still waiting for an answer a day after returning from our trip. There were also no checkout instructions or closing communications.

This house is very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and 1 child staying. It was so so nice to have 2 kitchens to use and a lot of dining space and still room to play games and watch movies. The large TVā€™s in the upstairs and basement were very nice!! There is a lot of dishes and glassware and silverware to use. I did have to bring my own crockpot but there is a lot of kitchenware at the house. It was a little chilly in the house at times and we could not figure Out the thermostat and didnā€™t want to mess anything up. We were there over Christmas and the host did not get back to us on that issue. Also there were no instruction on that or the fireplaces so that would be helpful for future people staying. We understand it was on Christmas and the host was with their family at the time. But instructions on those 2 things would be helpful. Also it would have been great to have a Christmas tree or some decorations during the holiday season. But overall it was a great place to stay and we were super happy with it and will use it in the future if we need a gathering place in Omaha.

We stayed in this home for a long weekend in October. It was my family of 4 (two adults, two kids), and the house was incredible. Very clean and well maintained. It was close to the zoo (our main interest) and the downtown parks. There was a HyVee supermarket close by and we cooked breakfast and dinners in the home. There were games to play - got to teach the kids cribbage, two HUGE tv's, comfortable seating and really nice beds. Showers had body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and soft towels. The home was very spacious, nicely decorated and we would love to come back and stay in the future. It had a nice backyard, but we never had the chance to play outside this trip.

The house is very clean, comfortable and has plenty of space. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, very central and provides quick access to different parts of the city. The host/manager answered all our questions although, a couple of times, took a little longer than expected. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay and would definitely recommend this rental.

Loved our two night stay! Very clean and lots of space. It was just a few minutes away from downtown and the zoo. The host was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a nice fenced in backyard for our kids to run around. Would highly recommend and would book again!
