This unique luxurious newly built house for a relaxed family holiday, with a magnificent sea view from the foot of the mountain Dinara, is situated in Lokva Rogoznica in the Split-Dalmatia County. It consists of four bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, four terraces, large living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and an electric BBQ. It can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The house is 3km from the beach and offers amazing sea views to the islands of the archipelago.

The house is new and completely fenced, very quiet and very private. There is also a parking lot.
An air conditioning and internet connection are available in each area of the house.
Moving from the ground floor of the house, you will have at your disposal a bathroom, four bedrooms with large double beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a small desk in every bedroom that can be used as a working area. One room has an access to the terrace with cozy seating area and table tennis.
First floor of the house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, spacious living room with a large sofa, flat screen TV, blu ray player and breathtaking sea view, one bathroom and an access to the terraces.
The terrace, which is accessed from the living room, is covered and has a barbecue, a kitchenette and a dining area. While having lunch you can enjoy a truly spectacular view and a pleasant atmosphere.
