« A beautiful brand new hotel on the border of the French and Old quarters. The staff were amazing, the hotel was beautiful, the location was great (very walkable) and the breakfast set us up well for the day! »

« We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ? »
