Everything about the unit was perfect. The only reason not 5 stars is the elevator situation at the resort. Evenings during checkout time are near impossible to catch and elevator.

property was very nice - kitchen a little small - but make sure you bring everything - there was no small bath soaps and only one roll toilet paper in each bath - tv remote didn't work in master ( no not batteries - we tried) but would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and Beautiful

We visited with 8 guests and this place definitely had the space to accommodate, the beds were comfortable and the set up to blackout the bedrooms for a good nights rest were awesome! Also the living room/dining is beautiful and that sectional is like a soft cloud! There were two things that bugged me that other guests should know ahead but overall didn’t keep us from having an enjoyable experience. The refrigerator needs to be fixed or replaced. Guests should be able to utilize it for its primary purpose to store food and drinks without the recommended limitations. The other thing, the description says this place is equipped and tells guests the only thing they need to bring are beach towels and what you plan to wear. However, there was no complimentary starters for coffee or even something as simple as salt/pepper shakers. We were also disappointed to find with a bunch of wet heads from the pool/shower that there wasn’t a hair dryer. Overall, a really good stay and I would absolutely return but just come a little more prepared.

Great Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. The property location was perfect. Loved the easy access to the beach! The view from our balcony was amazing. The elevator situation takes some patience, but we made friends while we waited Tried to stay an extra night but our unlit was booked…. We would stay here again, because we all had our own room and bathroom, priceless.

Top Shelf Condo

This condo was fantastic overall! The view, the view, the view was just gorgeous. Very clean and accommodated our group of 6 adults/young adults very well. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms worked very well for us. There was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed the big, soft couch and large television. A couple items to be aware of include the parking garage and the elevators. We visited in July, so it was really busy which impacted how full the garage was and how busy the elevators were. These items require some patience, so it's good to be aware of them to set expectations. A couple tips to pass along we found helpful were to try and park on the lower level floors. We had good luck using the elevators on the lower levels to go up to the 18th floor. We also found the grocery carts provided in the building to be very helpful to haul up groceries and luggage (we usually were able to find them on level 2 along with luggage racks). Also, if you're interested in renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach, we were able to rent the red ones down to the left of the blue ones each day and be in the front row by the water instead of several rows back with the blue ones and the cost was the same! Overall, this is a beautiful condo, building and beach. Enjoy the view!

Girls Trip 2022

Beautiful condo! By far large enough to accommodate us 6 ladies and all of our things. Location is almost perfect, shopping, restaurants, night life etc. The view is spectacular, but the sunrises and sunsets are just out of reach. The only 2 little issues we had was the refrigerator did not get really cold and a toilet paper holder in the front bedroom would not stay on (such a simple fix, I did not have a screwdriver, or I would have!) We will be booking our 2023 Girls Trip in January and have full intent on staying here again!

Family getaway

We had a great experience at this property! Everything was as expected, and though there were some windy days, it seemed the building blocked the wind a bit, so we were still able to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

This condo was a great place to stay for my family. The beds, kitchen, bath, and living areas were top notch and was very clean. Especially nice were the sliding track blinds in the living room and the black out blinds in the master bedroom. It stays nice and dark for a good nights sleep and this was made for very restful sleep for my wife and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Large Condo

Very roomy condo. We had plenty of room for our large family. The beds were extra comfy. We absolutely loved the oversized sectional sofa! Location is close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. One of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in at the beach. We will definitely rebook here. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this condo! It was spacious and so comfortable!

My only complaint was the long lines for the elevator, especially on Saturday during the check in process. Otherwise, it was a fantastic trip!
