« The place is clean, well kept, beautiful and well equipped with kitchen and beach needs. Most importantly my wife was very happy. Sadly the pool and clubhouse card fell out of its leather sleeve halfway through our trip and it could not be found outside or inside. Manager was told. Other than that, place was excellent and I’ll want to return next time visiting my parents. A great location near Salt beach and a lovely walk to get there. »

« Great launch point for our Disneyland trip! Didn’t spend much time at the condo other than to sleep and eat breakfast before walking over to the parks. Host was available for all questions and accommodated baby-related needs. »

« We were well informed on check-in processes, and actually got to check in a little early. The house was clean when we checked in. We had a slight issues, which was prioritized and handled immediately, which made our trip that much better. Overall it was a great experience. »

« What a perfect location in San Clemente! The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. We found a fan in a closet and there were ceiling fans in two rooms. We did have family nearby, so we were able to borrow another fan. I would imagine in other months, it’s just...

« Location was great. Walkable to pier and beach and other surrounding sites in San Clemente. Bedding and towels were nice, new and clean. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. There was sugar but no salt and pepper and no kitchen towels. Pretty bare necessities. Instructions on getting in and WiFi were very clear but parking was unclear and parking was tight. One car is all that truly fits and I had to inquire about it. Overall a great spot, I would definitely stay there again! »

« This experience was flawless. Richard is the best and was always very responsive although we had zero issues during our entire stay. I highly recommend this property if you want a spotless, comfortable and issue-free stay. « What a wonderful stay! Perfect location. I chose this home due to reviews about location and being able to accommodate a large group and I can say I was not disappointed! Now the driveway to garage is extremely steep, but parking was no problem. Plenty of lots and or public parking. Everything was wonderful and will choose to stay again! »
