âWhat a wonderful place to stay! The owners were very cordial and offered suggestion about places to go. We particularly loved to Koi pond right off our deck. â
âSpent a week at the Arden Forest Inn going to OSF performances. There is a nice Guest kitchen easy to access that is kept stocked w Kcups and a large frig where you can store your own milk and breakfast items. Our private patio made our stay wonderfully cozy. Pool was clean and refreshing. Very nice bed. Weâll be back. â
âClose walk to the plays and Main Street dining! Beautifully restored hotel with all the amenities. Loved our stay, will definitely choose The Peerless next time in Ashland!â

âThis is our second time staying at this historic hotel, as a base to attend plays at Oregon Shakespearean Festival. This time, we had our daughter and grandkids with us. They loved the botanical art and secret garden and the proximity to the theaters was convenient.â
âWe did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. â
âI loved the sweet, local touches in regards to the in-room coffee and bedside chocolates. Our beds in room 3 were very comfortable, the decor was fantastic, and the retro kitchen appliances were fun & perfectly functional. Also, drinking my morning coffee on the beautiful patio was a delightful way to start my day! â

âThis property is on Main Street and walkable to the historic Main St. Our room smelled like urine and I realized that I had booked a pet friendly room without knowing it. The front staff graciously upgraded us to a pet free room.â
âIf I were single I could live here. It's that comfortable. The freestanding apartment is ideally located and finished to a very high standard. Amazingly well designed and laid out. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Many, many conveniences. Cafe table in garden outside. We parked once and walked everywhere. Lovely host. Really, I can't imagine anyone giving it less than a perfect score. Would definitely stay here again.â
âI absolutely fell in love with this property it was so beautiful from the moment we drove up the hill to see this gorgeous house at the top. The yard and garden was a surprise. I wasnât expecting to have such a peaceful place to stay the pictures donât even do it justice. I would definitely Want to stay there again when I come to visit family. â
