« Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on...

« The property was clean, but my wife fell out of a chair and hit her head on the wall, because one of the legs of a chair was broken. The staff at the front desk only said “I’ll have maintenance look into it”. The outlets in the room next to the bed didn’t work, so we had to plug our phones across the room »

« Nice hotel but dated. The bed was very firm and thin. The shower constantly dripped. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors. After the concert, we could hear street traffic until after midnight. »
