Gut: Sauberkeit
The house rental was advertised with hot tub and pool. Heated pool will be 40 extra per day. We figure we will not use pool, but hot tub will be fine. Didn’t know until we checked in that the tub wasn’t heated. Tried to call and get the tub heated, no one would answer or return call, only reply with text instructions that wouldn’t work. After a few tags, finally able to request to have tub heated. Web site asks for 200 payment first, then pending approve. I paid, the tub/pool never got heated. I was never notified of any status of my request. I’ve checked out now and back home and found I was charged with the 200. Totally thumbs down.
