Guests will receive a unique smart lock code, activated 20 minutes before check-in, for a smooth and contactless arrival.

🚗 Vehicle Registration (HOA Requirement)

As per updated HOA guidelines, there is a $25 registration fee per vehicle, collected directly by the HOA at the clubhouse during check-in.



This fee grants access to the community for the entire stay



To streamline your arrival, please provide driver name(s) and vehicle details in advance



Upon arrival, you’ll stop at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the fee

All trash must be tied securely in bags and placed in the outdoor bin provided.

For your peace of mind, 📹 exterior security cameras are installed around the property. These are located only outside and do not monitor any private areas.



💳 Security Deposit

A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card at booking. This is an authorization only:



Fully refundable if no damages are reported within 24–48 hours after checkout
