This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Windsor at Westside spreads 2,263 square feet over two floors, with space for 10 guests, and sits just steps from the resort clubhouse: you can walk to the lazy river and the water slides and be back at the house for lunch. Two of the bedrooms are king suites with their own bathrooms, a queen bedroom on the ground floor suits anyone who prefers to skip the stairs, and the kids get two rooms of their own, one Star Wars themed and one with a bunk bed and Zootopia art. Downstairs, the living room, dining table and kitchen island share one open space, with the private pool right outside the door. Upstairs, a loft with a sofa and TV gives the older ones their own screen. A washer and dryer inside the house means you pack lighter and fly home with clean clothes.

Windsor at Westside is a guard-gated community built around a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse. The zero-entry resort pool has water slides and a children's splash area, with a lazy river and hot tub alongside it. Tu Casa Bar & Lounge serves food and drinks poolside, the arcade covers the hour when it rains, and the community adds a fitness center, market and deli, sand volleyball court, multipurpose court and a playground, plus a lake and pier at its center. From this house, all of it is a short walk away.

Our team lives and works in Orlando and is reachable 24/7 by message or phone, in several languages. Before arrival we send the check-in details and answer anything about the house, the gated resort, park tickets, restaurant reservations or transportation. During the stay, a late flight, an early arrival or any unexpected situation is handled by someone who can be at the house in person, not by a call center in another time zone.
The house is on Rome Dr, inside Windsor at Westside, a guard-gated resort community in Kissimmee with 24-hour controlled access and a family atmosphere, just steps from the clubhouse. The Disney parks are 15 to 20 minutes by car, Universal about 30 minutes, SeaWorld 20 to 25 minutes and Orlando International Airport about 35 minutes. Vineland Premium Outlets are 20 to 25 minutes away and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores 15 to 20 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets line the roads just outside the gate.
Windsor at Westside sits beside State Road 429, the toll road that runs straight to the Disney parks and connects to I-4 for Universal, SeaWorld and the airport. Parking is free on the paver driveway behind the house, for up to 3 vehicles. A car is the practical way to move around Kissimmee, and rideshare works well for park days when nobody wants to deal with parking.
