Online photos is very accurate. The place was very nice and clean. Parking was very easy with the Gate code emailed prior to arriving. The starter items: Dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, cooking spray, extra 2 garbage bags, Laundry soap was Great!! Walgreens is adjacent to the property, very convenient. Heated pool was a must, kids pool was great, and hot tub for relaxing. Condo provided Pool Towels too!! Big Plus!! Office was great and helpful with our questions and needs. There is a regular playground inside the complex. Grocery stores and restaurants like Sushi, pizza, is across the street. Our Door lock ran out of battery and we could not use it. This was address quickly via text messaging. Unfortunately, this was done after Midnite, which they rang the doorbell and woke up the kids. A phone call would have been suffice. The bad things: 1. The internet is slow or lagging. I could not get my kids Ipad to stay connected on the wifi. My Brother had better luck with his laptop. My new Iphone 17 had a hard time, I gave up and used my own Cel Data. 2. The TV/cable was a little hard to figure out with the 2 remote controls, we managed. I can see this being difficult to a lot of people and esp older peeps. 3. Lastly, once Booked you only have 24 hrs to send in your Photo and CC verification or THEY WILL cancel your rsvp w NO warning. Email say "May be Cancel" I had to rebook and pay more since it was 2 days later so Beware when booking!
