Spring Break Disney
Could’ve been a fantastic trip except for two things:
- No working hot tub or pool heat
- cleanliness was less than desirable
We called numerous times to get the hot tub going, as this was the main reason we booked this particular house. Finally fixed the daily I we left. The refund offered was totally not in line with what we received, but we expected that.
The couch had a large stain in it (maybe chocolate) when we arrived. Pretty gross looking. It could’ve been easily cleaned with a little elbow grease. We found Fritos on the floor in the spare bedroom, as well.
- Maybe more than one trash bag in the pantry
- eliminate the huge raccoon that shreds the neighborhood’s trash each night
- Let a tenant know the procedures for th I use off the hot tub (multiple switches with no explanation).
We rent a condo or house a few times a year, and we are usually very picky what we choose. This house was beautiful and in a great area.
