The reason I gave 3 stars, not 2 stars is because the management company tried pretty hard to help us with the problems occurring in the house. My wife gave it a solid 1 star.Overall, it was a nice house, but the sheer number of issues and disappointments about the house were unfortunate. The home has a great layout and the rooms are cute, but the appliances weren’t great. The washing machine would randomly shut itself off, the dryer barely worked, the dishwasher was horrible both in the randomness it would turn on and the terrible job it did of cleaning anything. The fridge had old dried up food in it and many of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty (because of the dishwasher not working apparently). Management said they relied on past guests keeping it clean, basically saying it wasn’t their fault. When we arrived, there were several drapes thrown over the couch, a door off its hinges and a couple of lights out. We were told it was because they were expecting us the next day, but I had added a day the week prior. Lots of unpainted wall patches everywhere and a load of drywall dust on the back of a TV as well. The light in the games room/main area upstairs wouldn’t work and they couldn’t get a replacement during our stay. No sharp knives, and general lack of kitchen utensils and such made cooking a challenge. Very few towels, but we were told that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, so basically 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person in the house. Not huge problems,
